If you are a first-time user, please follow these simple steps to use the site:
Create a account by clicking on My Account above and then Create Account
Once logged in, browse the product categories on the left side of the page to find the item you would like
Once you are ready to order, select your size (if required) and fill out who the item is for (if you are ordering for yourself, please type in your full name)
When you have finished selecting products, choose Checkout to finish your order
Fill out the ship to and bill to information (Ship to location should be your Defender office)
Choose the desired payment option
Complete your order
Orders placed through this site will be processed every Friday morning at 8:00 AM EST. Please note that multiple orders from a single Defender location may be bundled together for shipping efficiency. All orders ship UPS Ground from our Indianapolis warehouse, and you should receive your order within 3 – 5 Business days.
Due to new safety procedures, shipping of orders may be delayed.
For us, the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities is our top priority. Our team has been hard at work implementing enhanced safety measures in our warehouse. Things are changing daily, and we are closely following official COVID-19 recommendations of the WHO and CDC, as well as local government mandates. Please be patient with us as we navigate new ways of working.
If a product is defective or mis-shipped, please let us know within five business days and we will gladly replace it! However, any additional freight cost resulting from product returns/exchanges due to an employee selecting an incorrect size are solely the employee's responsibility. Please note that there is a size chart available for every product in the uniform program (look at the end of each product's description). No exchanges will be allowed between websites (Defender Gear vs Defender Direct Store). Exchanges must be for the same item or equal value.
